One of our favourite topics as Rosé is arguably the most versatile champagne style available. The drier, fresher examples like the AR Lenoble Terroirs Rosé Extra Brut featured are lighter, aromatic and in this case Chardonnay-dominant. This can be enjoyed with or without food.
