Champagne Carbon: Where Tradition Meets Innovation
Created and founded by Alexandre Méa, fifth generation to the Méa-Devavry empire, champagne Carbon operates at the intersection between tradition and modernity.
The Méa-Devavry family have been wine growing and producing champagne since 1920. Using this familial expertise, Alexandre researched and developed the perfect bottle for seveal years. All wines are aged a minimum of five years on lees and they are traditionally fermented in small oak barrels to add complexity and elegance to the incomparable style of their champagnes.
Striving to promote the excellence of French craftsmanship, each bottle is handcrafted and undergoes a 37 step process to create the carbon fibre exterior that stand as the signature of the house. The choice in name extends beyond the bottle and to the essence of life, from carbon DNA to the carbon dioxide that crafts the bubbles in the champagne.
CARBON CHAMPAGNE'S ICONIC PARTNERSHIP WITH FORMULA 1
In the world of motorsports, the taste of victory is often marked by the pop of a champagne cork, the fizzing sound of triumph, and the joyous spray of bubbly.
The alignment between Champagne Carbon and Formula 1 is no ordinay alliance, but a fusion of tradition, craftsmanship and innovation.
The champagne bottles are each painstakinglyhand-crafted through a 37 step process that takes a full week to complete, are coated in real carbon fiber, the same material used in the manufacture of Formula 1 cars.
Each Carbon Champagne bottle presented on the podium was a symbol of victory, not just for the winning drivers but for the brands as well.
It was an innovative nod to the sport's technology and the winning spirit. It was demonstrating that Champagne Carbon was more than just a fancy bottle, it was an embodiment of the passion, hard work, and innovation that defines Formula 1.
