The April Edition - Rosé Champagne with Oak influence

One of our favourite topics as Rosé is arguably the most versatile champagne style available. The drier, fresher examples like the AR Lenoble Terroirs Rosé Extra Brut featured are lighter, aromatic and in this case Chardonnay-dominant. This can be enjoyed with or without food. Whereas the more Pinot Noir dominant Philipponnat Rosé Reserve Brut, is richer, fuller with deliberate berry fruit and spice and although fine by itself, would definitely go well with an array of foods. Watch this episode to see the review on these wines.
