Welcome back guys, the theme this month is 'Northern Montagne de Reims' which looks at two producers; Vilmart & Cie based in the Premier Cru village of Rilly-la-Montagne (in the North-western part) and Vincent Brochet based in the 1er Cru village of Ecueil which sits in the North-eastern part, which is classified as the 'Vesle & Ardre'. Pictured - Vincent Brochet (left) and Gaspard, the young, upcoming winemaker.
The Vesle and Ardre are the two rivers that flow into one another and eventually to the Seine. Please take the time out to watch the video, pop your champagne and enjoy our review.
