Welcome back, we are feeling festive as we approach the end of the year and our last episode of the 2017. A warm hello to all of our newest members that have recently joined in Emperor Champagne Club.
It wouldn’t be right if we didn’t feature a special selection of food and Champagne to assist with the copious eating and drinking that goes on. We wanted to add some extra sparkle into this episode and have invited special guest Emma Rosen who is a food stylist and Chef from Food Creative based in Melbourne. As she is the expert, we have asked her to give us her favourites dishes to go with this month’s selection of champagne. Often people have champagne at the beginning of a meal or you get the party started. We are of the belief that you can quite happily pair champagne throughout the meal, it’s just knowing what to pick with different dishes.
