October Edition | Regional Focus: Les Riceys

Our feature producers this month are Olivier Horiot and Laurenti, both are about 2-3 minutes from one another, with separate approaches to winemaking. The Horiot family are more experimental and terroir-focussed, producing wines of substance and true expression of each vineyard parcel, whereas Laurenti are more traditional in their approach, focussing more on an overall village representation, blending across many parcels. Both highlight the differences you can expect from this region and we have wanted to find several examples to present to you.
