Fidele is a blanc de noir comprising of 100% juicy pinot noir sourced from Gautherot's carefully tended plots in the Cote des Bar. This is organic, biodynamic and natural winemaking at its best. You would be forgiven for thinking it was a rosé champagne as it has a rouge tint in the glass. Made without a scrap of dosage, fermented entirely in oak barrels and bottled at a lower bar of pressure at 4.5 bars, this is a wine first and a champagne second. This is a true connoisseurs champagne and an absolute cracker.
Crunchy red apple, red fruit, vinous and vibrant. This is an intriguing cuvee and one every champagne lover must try as part of their journey to become a true connoisseur.
