- Fresh and airy rosé d'assemblage with 20% added red wine

Rosé demi-secs' are rare and you will be transported when you taste this one. The brilliant robe of light grenadine colour and the fine bubbles are inviting.

On the nose, aromas of macerated red fruits are clean, fluid and delicious. On the palate, the sugar (33 g/L) is well integrated and does not hamper the freshness of the finish.

An interesting version of the house rosé in a demi-sec form, which offers a real compliment to the range and which can be combined at the end of the afternoon with fresh berries.

85% base wines from 2014 + 15% Réserve. Assemblage with 20% still red wine, 65% Pinot Noir and 35% Chardonnay. Stainless steel tanks for 75% of the wines and in barrels for the 25% left. Bottled in May 2015 without filtration. Dosage 33g/L (Demi-Sec).

An oenologist and agronomist, Remi Leroy was trained in Bordeaux. Along with his father they manage their family vineyards of 8 hectares in Meurville, Côte des Bar. The terroir is exceptional, composed of clay-limestone from the Jurassic period. Their flagship grape is Pinot Noir (72% of their vineyards) which is the star grape in the region, the rest being 20% Chardonnay and 8% Pinot Meunier. Remi and his father and working on replanting Chardonnay to give more diversity to their winemaking. Their wines are simply superb and speak for themselves.
