- Pair with Tuna Tartare, Watermelon, Mint and Olive oil.
It is 10% meunier in a red wine, 30% saignée or macerated grapes and the balance being barrel-ageing white meunier wine. Quite a technical style of winemaking and quite the flavour profile too.
The result is a super juicy palate with crunchy red fruit, think cranberry, blood orange and rosehip. Follow this up with a gentle grip or bite from the tannin and you have an ultra dry rosé with plenty of fruit, freshness and drive.
