The Ernest Remy winery was created to revive the family Maison de Champagne, and more precisely to be able to share with the world a heritage rich in unique history. In fact, the vineyards of the Maison Ernest Remy are all wisely distributed in the Grand Cru territories of Mailly-Champagne and Verzenay. The spearhead of the Maison is the Pinot Noir, a variety famous in this area of the Great Mountain of Reims.
Promising plots of these territories, given their particular terrain, exposure, and temperatures unique in the world, thanks to the temperature ranges that occur in the area have been chosen exclusively for the production of Champagne from Chardonnay.
The harvest is carried out strictly by hand, with the foresight to select the best grapes. Aging takes place in the cellar, for a duration of at least 36 months, so as to allow its aromas to develop optimally, this to obtain a perfectly mature and balanced wine.
