Fermented in stainless steel (with no barrel fermentation for this edition) and aged for over three years on lees, the wine achieves remarkable balance between freshness, structure, and depth. It sits at 12% ABV, showcasing Bollinger’s precision and mastery in crafting expressive, terroir-driven Pinot Noir champagnes.
