Embedded in its region and uniting a whopping 4,500 wine growers, Nicolas Feuillatte is the largest wine-growers’ (vignerons) Champagne brand. The Brut NV is the number one selling brand in France and has been for the last three years. The brand is the third largest globally.

At 40 years of age the Nicolas Feuillatte brand is also the youngest of the great Champagne houses. This youth allows the house to put forward a new vision of luxury: they believe that luxury is not about social status, but about elegance and attitude, emotion and pleasure, the appreciation of the good and the beautiful.

A blend of three grape varieties: 45% Pinot Noir, 45% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay. The freshness and structure of this blend combine to perfection with expressive fruit of the red wine making up 16% of the blend. Approximately 8g/L dosage. Aged for 2-3 years in the cellars.

Pair with one-side pan-seared salmon "à l'unilatérale" and green asparagus.
