This is classic champagne at its finest—balanced, vibrant, and effortlessly drinkable. Expect a lively mousse with notes of fresh orchard fruit, citrus, and a subtle brioche warmth from extended lees ageing. Technical Notes

A traditional blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier sourced from clay-limestone soils across Premier Cru vineyards. The vines average 25 years of age, with all fruit hand-harvested. Vinification is carried out by individual plot, with static settling for 15–20 hours and full malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in tank for 4–7 months post-harvest, followed by extended lees ageing of 2.5 to 4 years. Notably, this cuvée was served at the 2013 Nobel Prize banquet.
