What to Expect

Le Tradition is crafted from Premier Cru vineyards across the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, blending 70% Chardonnay with 30% Pinot Noir. Vinified in stainless steel tanks with partial malolactic fermentation, the wine is built on the 2017 harvest and enriched with an impressive 45% reserve wines before spending 36 months ageing on lees. This meticulous approach creates a Champagne that is beautifully balanced, opening with aromas of white flowers, citrus and crisp orchard fruit, complemented by subtle notes of brioche and fresh pastry. The palate is fresh and vibrant with a creamy mousse, delicate minerality and a long, elegant finish, showcasing the finesse of Chardonnay alongside the gentle structure and depth of Pinot Noir.
