Made by one of the first family wineries to make Cava in Spain, this wine benefits from 24 months’ ageing and represents great value. Pale in colour with aromas of apples and pears, toasty bread and white flowers with a good balance of bubbles and acid. Balanced, with a neat, clean finish.
MVSA is their modern, alternate label, and stands for Masia Vallformosa SA – the company
name (SA is the Spanish equivalent of Pty Ltd).
Vallformosa, with more than 150 years of history, is a company that produces wines and sparkling wines, where tradition, innovation, sustainability and differentiation coexist in all its aspects. The winery has three brands of sparkling Vallformosa , Mistinguett and Gran Barón , two of wine, Cultivare and Freyé , and the recent I'mperfect , the canned wine.
