Champagne Charles Collin was founded over 60 years ago (1952) in the heart of the Côte des Bar region, and represents over 140 grape growers and 330 hectares of vines, making it one of the largest producers in the region. Over 90% of the vineyards are planted with Pinot Noir, the remainder being planted with Chardonnay. The search for perfection in the creation of their champagnes is something that every member of the Charles Collin team is passionate about.
The secret is simple: to ensure total control over the quality from grapes harvested by hand, all the way through to the bottles which are handed to customers. State-of-the-art production site gives the winemakers the ability to express knowledge, experience and passion in the creation of wines of great power and depth.
Champagne Charles Collin has approximately 2.5 million bottles of ‘sur lattes’ wines in storage. Wines are traditionally aged in cellars for three years, and for five years for the premium wines ‘Cuvée Charles’ and ‘Cuvée Belle Gabrielle’.
