Fermented with indigenous yeasts in oak barrels and bottled with zero dosage, the wine delivers remarkable precision while still retaining generous fruit and texture. Expect layers of orchard fruit, citrus peel and subtle savoury complexity woven through chalky minerality and vibrant acidity. The palate is taut, energetic and beautifully saline, finishing long, dry and incredibly refreshing.
