This is a blend of 66% pinot noir and 44% chardonnay all of which is sourced from grand cru vineyards. Pinot noir plays the lead here with wild strawberry, ripe raspberry and red delicious apple making first impressions.
The palate is light with a refined mousse giving way to some earthy and nutty tones as it warms up in the mouth. This is a winemaker to watch.
