Antipodes sparkling water has the highest degree of purity and pristine minerality. It is a clean and pH neutral water, one that does not interfere with the delicate flavours and textures of wines.
What to Expect

Brilliant shiny appearance with a high silver reflection. On the nose there is a gentle mineral suggestion. On the palate the immediate hit of the CO2 emphasises a more masculine expression than with a still water. This CO2 in particular also shows off the minerality within the water, which remains gentle in texture, but with a slightly louder voice. If I had to suggest any other flavours it would be a citrus note due to the high toned lift the water expresses. There is a definite "more-ish" quality to this sparkling water, the palate seeks another mouthful to continually refresh and revitalise the taste buds. Cameron Douglas MS.

Antipodes pH level is 7.0, being neutral, this affords ANtipodes its unique clean and subtle taste.

First mineral water to be certified carbon zero. Antipodes is naturally filtered through dense ignimbrite rock, therefore does not undergo any chemical cleaning or processing, and no sterilisation is required. All production energy is from 100% renewable sources; geothermal, wind and hydroelectric.

Recommend drinking water from highly polished stemmed glassware.
