Terms & Conditions of Entry

1.       Promoter

Emperor Champagne (ABN: 47 611 961 025) is running this competition. The address for the business is Unit 6, 18 George Street, Sandringham Victoria, Melbourne 3191. 

2.       Entrants

To enter, you must be at least 18 years old and live in Australia. No international applicants will be accepted. Entrance into the competition requires that the entrant meets the entry requirements.

3.       Time frame

The competition begins on Thursday 18 February, 2021 and submissions will close on Wednesday 24 March, 2021 at midnight AEST. The prize draw will take place on Thursday 25 March, 2021 at midday at the Emperor Champagne offices. The winner will be advised via email on Thursday 25 March, 2021 . The winner will also be published on the Emperor Champagne website.

4.       Entries

To enter, you must provide a name, state and valid email address. The email address will be used for entry and for ongoing communication from Emperor Champagne, although entrants can subsequently unsubscribe from this communication at their own discretion. This is a game of chance. The winner will be randomly selected.

5.      Prize 

The prize of “ A year of champagne” is a bottle of champagne sent each month from April 2021, for a 12 month period, to an Australian address. The champagne will be mailed to the winner each month, at no additional cost to the winner. The value of the prize is $1,548, which is 12 months of membership in the Emperor Champagne Club. This prize is not transferable for cash. 12 champagnes cannot be sent at a single time, it must be sent as one bottle per month to an Australian address. The champagnes will be chosen by Emperor, not by the winner.

6.       Costs and expenses

The prize is not transferrable for cash. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition.

7.       Intellectual property

Information will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.       Disqualification

Emperor Champagne reserves the right to disqualify or remove any entrants we reasonably suspect of unlawful conduct, or if they have violated the terms or conditions.

9.       Notification

The winner will be advised via email onThursday 25 March, 2021. If they do not respond within 10 business days with their postal address and contact number, the prize will be treated as unclaimed and a redraw for a new winner will take place.
