Terms and Conditions - Bollinger Champagne Experience

1. Promoter: Emperor Champagne (ABN: 47 611 961 025) is running this competition. The address for the business is Unit 6, 18 George Street, Sandringham Victoria, Melbourne 3191.

2. Entrants: To enter, you must be at least 18 years old and live in Australia. No international applicants will be accepted. Entrance into the competition requires that the entrant meets the entry requirements.

3. Time frame: The competition begins on Wednesday 17 April 2024 and submissions will close on Tuesday 14 May at midnight AEST. The prize draw will take place on Wenesday 15 May 2024 at midday at the Emperor Champagne Offices. The winner will be advised via email and phone call on Wenesday 15 May 2024.

4. Entries: To enter, you must submit the online entry form, including a First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number and State. The data collected will be used for competition entry and for ongoing communication from Emperor Champagne, although entrants can subsequently unsubscribe and opt-out of email marketing at their own discretion. This is a game of chance. The winner will be randomly selected.

5. Prize: The prize is a "Champagne Bollinger La Grande Année experience". The prize includes the following; 1 x Night Accommodation at The Cullen; 2 x Tickets to the Bollinger Champagne Dinner | Launch of La Grande Année 2015; 1 x Bottle of La Grande Année 2015; and 2 x Emperor Crystal Tulip Glasses. The accommodation and event vouchers will be distributed from Wednesday 15 May 2024, as soon as the winner claims the prize. The La Grande Année 2015 and glasses will be hand delivered to the winner at the event on Wednesday 22nd May 2024. The value of the prize is $1460 total. This prize is not transferable for cash.

6. Costs and expenses: The prize is not transferable for cash. Entrants are responsible for any and all expenses that they incur in entering the competition, including transporation to and from the event.

7. Intellectual property: Information will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disqualification: Emperor Champagne reserves the right to disqualify or remove any entrants we reasonably suspect of unlawful conduct, or if they have violated the terms or conditions.

9. Notification: The winner will be advised via email and phonecall on Wednesday 15 May 2024. If they do not respond within one week with their postal address and contact number, the prize will be treated as unclaimed and a redraw for a new winner will take place.
