A Living, Breathing Vineyard
The vineyards thrive on calcareous clay and loam soils over chalk from the Lower Campanian, with a northeastern exposure that enhances the finesse and tension of each cuvée. Embracing biodynamic viticulture since 2008 and Demeter certified, the estate is a living ecosystem — enriched by agroforestry, with over 1,500 trees and shrubs and 800 aromatic plants like thyme, oregano, and savory interwoven through the vines.
Harmony with nature extends beyond the soil. Sheep and chickens graze during winter, fostering balance and vitality within the vineyard.
