Cellarmaster Guillaume Roffiaen has paid tribute to the great 2008 Vintage in the creation of this Palmes d'Or. A precision blend designed to enhance the sensory experience, this prestige Cuvee is made from 95% Grand Cru fruit in equal parts Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.Upfront, permeating aromas of apricot, raw almond and a distinctive chalk signature are underpinned by a streak of minerality and acutely delicate smoky finish. This harmonious combination is accentuated with the tropical-style Chardonnays from Montgueux. Golden and translucent with striking amber tones. On the palate, the 2008 Palmes d’Or Champagne is wonderfully rich and amazingly complex, the bubbles forming a lovely stream of effervescence resembling fine pearls. A distinguished and elegant vintage Champagne to be savoured and respected. .

Complex aromas of dried citrus fruit, such as orange and peach with pie crust. Some brioche. White pepper. Full-bodied, dense and layered. Very deep and beautiful. Needs time to come together, but already a beauty.
Embedded in its region and uniting a whopping 4,500 wine growers, Nicolas Feuillatte is the largest wine-growers’ (vignerons) Champagne brand. The Brut NV is the number one selling brand in France and has been for the last three years. The brand is the third largest globally.
At 40 years of age the Nicolas Feuillatte brand is also the youngest of the great Champagne houses. This youth allows the house to put forward a new vision of luxury: they believe that luxury is not about social status, but about elegance and attitude, emotion and pleasure, the appreciation of the good and the beautiful.
