Champagne Yann Alexandre is a family-run grower-producer based in the Montagne de Reims, where tradition, precision, and terroir expression sit at the heart of every wine. After studying agronomy, viticulture, and oenology across Beaune, Rouffach, Avize, Switzerland, and Bordeaux, Yann Alexandre returned to his village with a deep understanding of both vineyard and cellar craft. Together with his wife Séverine, whom he met in 1995, the couple have built a house focused on authenticity, balance, and meticulous attention to detail — producing champagnes that are expressive, elegant, and unmistakably personal.

This cuvée is a pure expression of place — crafted to highlight the mineral tension, freshness, and natural balance that emerge from the region’s ancient soils. Produced from the 2020 harvest and supported by 40% reserve wines, Roche Mère is both vibrant and layered, offering remarkable precision with a strong sense of origin.

Blending 45% Meunier, 40% Chardonnay, and 15% Pinot Noir from the Petite Montagne de Reims, Massif de Saint-Thierry, and Vitryat, the wine captures the diversity and character of these distinctive terroirs. Fermented entirely in stainless steel with full malolactic fermentation, the style is focused on purity, texture, and drinkability while preserving freshness and elegance throughout the palate.

Finished as a Brut Nature with zero dosage, this Champagne is crisp, energetic, and exceptionally mineral-driven. Aromas of citrus peel, green apple, white flowers, and fresh pastry lead into a finely textured palate with chalky tension and a long, saline finish.
