Food Pairings

This is a rosé made for serious food. Bollinger recommends pairing it with dishes such as beef carpaccio, grilled lobster, duck with blood orange, Époisses or aged Mimolette, while its red-fruit character can even carry through to a dessert of roasted figs and dark berry preserves.

For a simpler Emperor-style recommendation: grilled lobster, duck breast, beef carpaccio, washed-rind cheeses or roasted figs.

What to Expect
