The vintage Platine Premier Cru by Nicolas Mailart is a fresh and unctuous champagne.

It is made from Pinot Noir (57%), Chardonnay (28%) and Pinot Meunier (15%) Premier Cru from the Montagne de Reims. The blend of mostly Pinot Noir gives it a beautiful aromatic structure that is balanced by the freshness of the Chardonnay.

The vintage Platine 1er Cru is aged between 3 and 4 years in the cellar before being offered for tasting.

Extra Brut (varying depending on the year between 1 and 2.5 g/L), it will surprise you with the richness of its aromas alternating ripe fruits (apple, pear), toasted notes (almonds, toast) and light floral touches. On the palate, you will immediately be struck by its full and vinous attack.
