PN VZ19 is crafted exclusively from 100% Pinot Noir, sourced primarily from the Grand Cru village of Verzenay, with additional fruit from Aÿ, Avenay, Louvois, Mutigny, and Tauxières. Built on the 2019 vintage with reserve wines dating back to 2009, the cuvée is fermented and aged under natural cork, following Bollinger’s traditional methods. It is cellar-aged for twice the time required by the Appellation, developing remarkable depth and complexity. Best enjoyed between 10–11°C, PN VZ19 is ready to drink now but also has the potential to evolve beautifully with further cellaring.
