Taittinger Brut Réserve Rosé: A blend of 70% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims and 30% Chardonnay which gives it finesse. 15% of still red wine is added to the final blend.

Sadi Malot Rosé de Saignée 2018: Fermented in concrete egg, extra brut, HVE certified, converting to organic, full malo-lactic fermentation. Single vineyards champagne made with 100% Pinot Noir.

Charles Collin Brut Rosé: 100% Pinot Noir of which 10 to 12% vinified as red wine. Ageing : 2 years minimum
Dosage : 9 g/l

About Sadi Malot:
The adventure of this family of winegrowers began with Sadi Malot at the beginning of the 20th century. The son of a Champagne grower with an odd first name was so named because he was born on the day of the assassination of the President of the French Republic Sadi Carnot (1887-1894).

Unfortunately, Sadi Malot was mobilised in the First World War and died at the front. His brother, Socrate Malot, decided to pay tribute to him by naming his eldest son after him. Today, Cindy Malot is 5th generation and she runs the estate with her family.

Since then, each generation has been able to enhance the heritage of its elders to bring out the full potential of an exceptional terroir. Today, the Malot family cultivates 8.2 hectares of Chardonnay and 1.8 hectares of Pinot Noir with the Pinot noir plots being converted to organic.

About Charles Collin:
Champagne Charles Collin was founded in 1952 in the heart of the Côte des Bar region and represents over 140 grape growers with 330 hectares of vines, making them one of the largest producers in the region. Based across two sites in Fontette and Essoyes, which is coincidentally also the home of the famous impressionist Auguste Renoir. They produce an excellent range of champagne at their state-of-the-art facility, from their award-winning Brut right through to their Prestige Cuvée – Cuvée Charles, in honour of their founder Charles Collin who was the man behind the grower vision back in the early 50’s.Over 90% of the vineyards are planted with Pinot noir, the remainder being planted with chardonnay. This is reflected in the range with the wines showing purity, expression and finesse. They are a young and dynamic team led by the talented winemaker Guillaume Cartier.
