About Benoît Déhu:
Benoit is an eighth generation vigneron that returned to the family estate after working for Bollinger. He is committed to natural farming and aims to craft unadultered, pure Pinot Meunier. He purchased this 1.7 hectare vineyard and farms it biodynamically. The results are exceptional and we are thrilled to introduce Benoit's work to our dedicated champagne lovers.

Each formulation in our 24 piece collection was first created for in-spa treatment and has been tried and tested by our therapists and refined in over 500,000 spa experiences to ensure it delivers the maximum results for clients, whether that is to hydrate and nourish or to relax and unwind the mind and body.

Biodynamically farmed and produced. A blend of 78% pinot noir and 22% meunier. The Pinot noir is all from a Burgundy clone. Fermented in 228 litre oak barrels and rested on lees for 10 months. Unfiltered, unfined and bottled without dosage. V17
