About Nicolas Feuillatte:

Bollinger remain quite possibly one of the most famous family-owned champagne houses of all. They still have their own in-house cooper who makes and manages their stock of some 3,500 barrels! Pol Roger White Foil Brut: A blend in equal parts of the three champenois grape varieties: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay from 30 different crus, with 25% reserve wines. 4 years ageing on lees.
