More Than a Family Story — A Passion

Champagne Collard-Picard is a proudly independent Récoltant-Manipulant house, founded in 1996 and carried by the 5th and 6th generation of the Collard family: Olivier, Caroline, and Alexandre. With deep family roots across two iconic Champagne identities, Collard-Picard represents something rare — a modern grower house built on generational know-how, with a sharp commitment to quality at every step. Producing around 90,000 bottles per year, the estate is now shared across 25+ countries, balancing French heritage with a global presence.

Food Pairings

The vibrant red fruit character and refreshing citrus notes of ADN Rosé T20 make it a versatile food companion. Pair with salmon tartare, seared tuna or roasted duck breast with a delicate berry reduction. Its elegant structure and bright acidity also complement roasted poultry, charcuterie and soft cheeses, while its refined freshness makes it equally enjoyable as an aperitif.

Technical Notes

ADN Rosé T20 is crafted from 92% Chardonnay harvested in 2019 and 8% red wine made from Meunier and Pinot Noir harvested in 2017. Sourced from clay-limestone soils on the right bank of the Vallée de la Marne, the wine undergoes fermentation with indigenous yeasts in large 72-hectolitre oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve freshness, followed by 12 months of ageing on fine lees in oak. Bottled in May 2020, the champagne matures for a minimum of four years before release and is finished with a precise Extra Brut dosage of 4 g/L.

What to Expect

Displaying a beautiful orange-pink hue with delicate salmon reflections, ADN Rosé T20 opens with inviting aromas of ripe red berries and forest fruits. The palate is beautifully harmonious, revealing vibrant layers of red fruit complemented by refreshing citrus and orange peel notes. Elegant yet expressive, this sophisticated rosé champagne offers impressive depth, freshness and a refined, lingering finish.
