What to Expect

Crafted exclusively from Grand Cru Chardonnay grown in the legendary village of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, this exceptional cuvée captures the remarkable precision and minerality of one of Champagne's most revered terroirs. Produced solely from the 2015 vintage, the wine is vinified in stainless steel before spending an impressive 70 months ageing on lees. A low dosage of just 3.9g/L preserves the purity of the fruit while allowing the character of the vineyard to shine.

Brilliant golden in the glass with an exceptionally fine and persistent mousse, the nose opens with elegant aromas of jasmine, fresh pineapple, buttery brioche and crisp white orchard fruits. The palate is beautifully poised, revealing vibrant notes of Menton lemon, blood orange and hazelnut, layered with the unmistakable chalky minerality and delicate salinity that define the great Grand Cru vineyards of the Côte des Blancs. The finish is long, refined and beautifully balanced with subtle hints of bergamot and almond milk.
