Is bigger always better? The age old question that is always up for debate no matter the subject! With champagne the answer is always yes because…bigger bottle = more champagne! The quality of wine is inherently better as the larger the bottle, the less exposure the wine has to oxygen. They look seriously impressive, adding a sense of drama to any occasion.
May it be magnums, jeroboams, methuselahs and all the way up to nebuchadnezzars (15 litres!), who wouldn’t want to splurge a little bit more and taste a little bit more for that special occasion?
