Bereche et Fils Brut from the House of Champagne
When was the last time you had champagne that truly surprised you? We expect that it wasn’t at the office party, or any run of the mill catered celebration or event. Champagne’s ubiquity has made it a token drink for celebration with little attention paid to the quality of the drink or the legacy attached to the house that produced it – where lay people are concerned. For the champagne connoisseur, however, experiencing great champagne is something to be cherished and can enhance an occasion for those gathered as they savour the splendour of fine wine.
Bereche et Fils champagne is one of those exciting game changers that makes all the difference when you need to impress colleagues, family or that special someone in your life. Here at Emperor Champagne, we are Australia’s dedicated online source for the widest and most carefully curated selection of champagne in the country.
Our team is based in Melbourne, headed up by Kyla Kirkpatrick, The Champagne Dame, and her intimate knowledge of the region and its producers ensures that our clientele can expect and receive truly unique bottles of the best bubbly on the planet. What’s more, those excited to finally find us will be pleased to learn that by signing up to our VIP list this will gift you $20 off your first order over $150.
Excellent Service and In-Depth Knowledge
At Emperor Champagne, we are committed to doing a lot more than any of our competitors, in terms of service. Understanding and appreciating champagne is a true niche area of interest, but for those that delve into it, it can be very rewarding. What’s more, having a sense of how to choose the perfect bottle to go with the occasion that you are planning is an invaluable skill and one that will immeasurably enhance the outcome.
We want you to benefit from our years of practical experience working with champagne and developing relationships with the key producers, as well as the lesser-known boutique producers so that your sense of what champagne has to offer is much more rounded and enables you to experience new things with each sip you take.
A Bereche et Fils Brut is a good example of a champagne that comes from a producer that adopts their own specific approach. This house believes in the cycle of nature playing its part in the production of their grapes, and this has seen them attain certification in terms of the environmental quality of their products. To this end, despite the fact that they are active in terms of weed control, no herbicides, insecticides or anti-rots are used, and the fertiliser they deploy is completely organic.
A commitment to the highest agricultural standards ensures that their vines yield grapes that deliver layers of flavour, freshness and a uniquely youthful though complex finish.
