What to Expect

The robe is a pale, delicate pink with subtle violet reflections, sustained by fine, lively effervescence. The nose opens gently with spring flowers — lilac, lily of the valley, and a touch of blueberry — then evolves into notes of apricot, rose water, and pink grapefruit. On the palate, it’s fresh, expressive, and finely balanced, with a rare subtlety that lingers gracefully.

Food Pairings

This rosé is beautifully versatile. Its floral lift and red-fruited vibrancy make it a natural match for delicate seafood dishes such as tuna tartare or seared scallops. The subtle vinosity also allows it to pair seamlessly with duck breast, charcuterie, or summer berry desserts.
