What to Expect

Expect bright red-fruit energy up front—redcurrant and pomegranate—layered with a subtle savoury spice. As it opens, you’ll find almond, brioche, and a chalky mineral edge coming through. The palate is structured and precise with a fine bead and firm acidity, finishing dry, clean, and seriously food-friendly.

This is made for the table: try it with tuna crudo, roast quail, or a mushroom tart to play to its tension and savoury depth.
