How is it February already? Time is flying past and we are already on to another round of our champagne selection for you. Last month saw some pretty exciting wines from Vadin-Plateau and Flavien Nowack.
This month we turn our attention to wines that have had some special winemaking attention and we've simply named this from A to B - Avize to Bouzy.
One of our favourite producers - Frerejean Frères based in the Grand Cru of Avize, created an exclusive collaboration with Emperor champagne and named it Cuvée de l'Empereur. It is a sensational champagne and we had to share it with you this month.
The other darling that we are showing for the first time in the Club is a biodynamic producer by the name of Benoît Lahaye from the Grand Cru Village of Bouzy. Kyri is pretty excited as it is a 100% Blanc de Noirs - his favourite style #winning.
Happy February everyone, enjoy the episode.
