It has been a long and challenging year for many of us and I dare say it will be a relief for many of us to see the back of 2020.
It always brings us great pleasure to introduce the final edition of the year - 'From Zero to Hero' - quite fitting for many of you who had to do home schooling! Let's take a closer look at how zero dosage or - no sugar addition - wines are made with intuitive viticulture and creative winemaking.
Our two producers this month are Champagne Philipponnat based in the Premier Cru village of Mareuil-Sur-Aÿ and Waris-Larmandier based in the Grand Cru village of Avize. These wines were imported by our brilliant team and are EXCLUSIVE to club members.
We wish you a Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year in 2021. Please enjoy the episode and stick around for the bloopers!
Looking forward to seeing you next month for a fresh new look at the Emperor Champagne Club.
