Antipodes Sparkling Water (1000 ml)

Brilliant shiny appearance with a high silver reflection. On the nose there is a gentle mineral suggestion. On the palate the immediate hit of the CO2 emphasises a more masculine expression than with a still water. This CO2 in particular also shows off the minerality within the water, which remains gentle in texture, but with a slightly louder voice. If I had to suggest any other flavours it would be a citrus note due to the high toned lift the water expresses. There is a definite "more-ish" quality to this sparkling water, the palate seeks another mouthful to continually refresh and revitalise the taste buds. Cameron Douglas MS.

Antipodes is fine New Zealand artesian water and offers the highest degree of purity, pristine mineral flavours and a guarantee of quality.
The source of antipodes can be in the North Island's Bay of Plenty, surrounded by hills, rivers, forests and lakes. The area has never experienced commercial or industrial activity and continues to have extremely low population density - rare in the world of capturing and bottling water.
