Springing out of the blocks, this a fresh, mineral-driven style of champagne, showing vibrant green apple, lime blossom and ripe citrus fruit. There is a purity and energy to the fruit that shines bright from the start. The blend is equal portions of chardonnay, pinot noir and meunier which makes for a very easy-going aperitif style champagne.
It is evident that top quality fruit has been used to make this as the finish has great length and persistence several minutes after tasting.
