Food suggestion

Pol Auguste Couronne was born in Hautvillers, village cradle of Champagne and Dom Pérignon, October 22, 1862. In this place steeped in history and conducive to inspiration and creation, Pol Couronne creates his brand of champagne and develops champagnes of excellence from 1887. "Becoming a winemaker was a dream for me, and the legacy of the Pol Couronne house came in 2013 when I realized the importance of the values passed down by our ancestors: know-how, authenticity, humility, and excellence of a product. Achieving a quality champagne requires a great requirement in the quality of the grapes. I am convinced of the importance of the work of grounds and the respect of the nature, our family vines are conducted in reasoned agriculture, we also follow certain principles of biodynamics."
