A rosé champagne with a unique personality. A structured and gastronomic wine with a dazzling, deep scarlet colour - the perfect balance between elegance and strength.

Upon opening, aromas of dark berry fruits pervade the senses. The palate possesses notes of strawberry, blackberry and blackcurrant with subtle hints of mandarin and saffron. 

Technical details: 50-55% Pinot noir (out of which 20-25% was vilified as red wines), 30-35% Meunier, 15-20% Chardonnay.

 

Created in 1785 by Florens-Louis Heidsieck who aimed to create a wine worthy of a Queen, Piper-Heidsieck is one of France’s oldest champagne houses.
