C. de Nature is a champagne with mineral structure and vibrant character. The nose is fresh, fruit-driven with plenty citron and also some toasted hazelnut and baked bread. This is incredibly easy to drink, with lifted acidity and minerality. We would suggest pairing this with a fish dish. Preferably something that has citrus and herbs to complenet the champagne.
