Louis de Sacy

Louis de Sacy Grand Cru

Brut NV

$117.95

- Thirteenth Generation Family making Grand Cru parcels of champagne

- Silky and textured style of champagne using mainly pinot noir

- Pair with Baked Gold band Snapper with fennel, tomato, garlic and lemon.

Ultra-fine bead and mousse. Jasmine-scented, ripe apricot and candied lemon. Sleek sea mineral profile and subtle orchard fruits of white pear and green apple coming through. This is an elegant, sophisticated style of champagne with plenty of length and ripeness without being heavy. Love that herbal flinty edge on the finish. Rated 94 points Decanter (by a panel of MW’s).
