To celebrate the long-time partnership of Huia Vineyards and New Zealand fashion designer Kate Sylvester, the Huia Rosé Brut is dressed in a delicate modernist rose print from one of Kate Sylvester’s stunning collections called “Frances”. This collection was designed to pay homage to New Zealand artist, Frances Hodgkins.

Pronounced HOOYA, was launched in New Zealand’s pristine Marlborough region in 1996, by married couple Mike and Claire Allan. Driven by a desire to bring high-quality low-intervention and organic wines to the region, Mike and Claire set about exploring the impeccable terroir, working closely with the land, and producing some seriously impressive wines along the way.

100% Pinot Noir. 3 years ageing. Hand-harvested grapes, whole bunch pressed. Base wine underwent full malolactic fermentation.

Pair with shiitake and oyster mushroom dumplings, horseradish cream and a kale salad.
