- Highly sought after grower champagne
- Rare style of wine production made co-fermenting the chardonnay and pinot noir
- Pair with poached Salmon and pomegranate salad
We fell in love with this wine when we first tried it. It's an unusual Rosé style in that both the chardonnay and pinot noir are fermented together. This isn't the norm in champagne and is a little more involved when it comes to the winemaking.
The result is nothing short of marvellous. If you enjoy champagne with vivid freshness, bright fruit and a little grip, then try this.
"Pale, bright orange. Fresh raspberry and orange zest on the fragrant nose, which becomes spicier and toastier with air. Deep, focused and powerful, offering vibrant red berry and candied liquorice flavours and a touch of rose pastille. Gains minerality on the impressively long finish, with the spicy qualities repeating emphatically"
Stephen Tanzer - Vinous
