G.H. Mumm Cordon Rouge Millésime 1999 Champagne has its own, individual style which embodies sophistication and richness. 1999 was an exceptional vintage with fresh, deep and steady characteristics creating a truly worthy vintage of the G.H. Mumm House. 

The grapes of each variety used for this vintage are of high quality. The predominant variety is Pinot Noir (64%) giving generous flavours to the Champagne and gaining outstanding notes from the cellar ageing. 

Technical details - Pinot Noir 64% (Verzenay Verzy, Mailly), Chardonnay 36% (Cramant, Avize, Chouilly). Dosage : 8g/L. Ageing 11 years (with Disgorgement in 2011).
