The nose is lifted, elegant with red apple, lime blossom, cream and a slightly flinty-mineral note. There is delicate acidity, clean mineral presence (think of licking a wet stone perhaps, this is not exact science but it gives an indication of what mineral can taste like), a liveliness and youthfulness to the palate. There is a pronounced pink grapefruit character with a fine, clean finish.
