We were enamoured with this wine as it shows true purity and great terroir. Notes of tipsy cake on the nose with pineapple, lemon and ginger that lead on to fresh fig with some baked apple notes. The palate is juicy with a fleshy-chalky palate with a long length. Excellent.
Technical details
100% Avize Grand Cru fruit all from the 2012 harvest. Made entirely in stainless steel. Disgorged April 2018 with a dosage of 6.67 g/l.
