Straw yellow to the eye, Pinot Noir Vintage 2014 is intense, complex and fruity on the nose with aromas of brioche, plum and liquorice. On the palate, see notes of fresh fruits, strawberries, raspberries and white peach. It is a very palatable finish.

Born into a family of Champagne winegrowers in the heart of Ricey’s renowned vineyards, Elise Dechannes has been nurturing her lifelong passion since 2008 by crafting a range of champagnes in her image – fine, elegant and subtle.

A graduate of Reims Business School, she left a very accomplished career in the financial sector to pursue a more relaxed lifestyle. She returned to her family farm and took over the winemaking. She is an earnest and dedicated spirit committed to healthy farming, working towards all organic and biodynamic practices. She has even chosen to plow her vineyards traditionally with a horse rather than use heavy machinery like tractors.
